The Senior System Administrator will join the Managed Services team to assist with day-to-day support for multiple clients' IT environments, including infrastructure component support (servers and network), ticket support, system patching, troubleshooting, new system deployments (PCs, Servers), etc. They may also be escalation support for other managed services team members. They may also work on “mini projects” for managed services clients (server upgrades, new application setup, etc.) and assist with infrastructure project tasks such as remotely connecting to a client site to build servers, update the Office365 tenant (email, MDM, MFA), update domain controllers, configure integration with AzureAD, and update or set up a backup server and backup jobs. A bachelor's or associate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems, is preferred. Travel 25%, as required. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
